Nptel is a project of mhrd initiated by 7 iits along with the iisc, bangalore in 2003, to provide quality education to anyone interested in learning from. With the increased availability of data from varied sources there has been increasing attention paid to the various data. The course aims at equipping participants to be able to use python programming for solving data science problems.
